Tonight Russia found their star for Sofia! The votes are in and the winner of the national final and therefore the representative of Russia in the Junior Eurovuision Song Contest 2015 will be Mikhail Smirnov.
Mikhail Smirnov will perform his song “Mechta” (Dream) in Sofia in November hoping to gain a second win for Russia in JESC. Smirnov was selected through 50% Jury and 50% internet vote, where he gained 34 points, which was 3 points ahead of the act in second position, Maria Mirova.
