The second ever Slovene entry in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest has now been announced! The final was between Leni and Lina, the winner of Mini EMA, was announced as Lina Kuduzović with the song “Prva ljubezen”.
In 2014 Slovenia debuted at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Nisi Sam” performed by Ula Ložar who ended 12th out of 16, despite being a fan favourite before the contest.
The current list of (provisional) participants stands at 16, the same amount as the Marsa contest last year, when Malta amazed Europe with the first ever Eurovision to be held in Malta. Sofia, Bulgaria have some big shoes to fill this year, when they broadcast to the world next month. Just San Marino and Ireland are to announce their singers.
