Fifteen artists have been shortlisted from 309 submissions to compete in the next phase of the Ukrainian selection process for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024.

The fifteen longlisted singers are:

  • Mariya Blyznyuk, 9 years old
  • Anastasiya Byelibov, 13 years old
  • Bohdan Bilukha, 11 years old
  • Vladyslav Vasytsʹkyy, 11 years old
  • Daryna Vitsan, 14 years old
  • Anhelina Hlohus, 12 years old
  • Anna Doyna, 14 years old
  • Veronika Kohan, 11 years old
  • Ilya Konovchenko (ILKO), 12 years old
  • Artem Kotenko, 12 years old
  • Vladyslava Kitselyuk (VLADA K), 12 years old
  • Sofiya Nersesyan, 8 years old
  • Vsevolod Skryma, 12 years old
  • Zlata Solenko (Zlata Solo), 9 years old
  • Zlata Ivaniv, 10 years old

These artists will join ‘Star School,’ where they will be guided by a series of mentors, including Tayanna, Michelle Andrade, and Yevhen Khmara. The mentors will work to enhance the participants’ skills in talent, knowledge, singing, dancing, and acting.

Only six of these artists will make it to the final of the Ukrainian selection, which will be held online in September. The country’s representative for Madrid will be determined by a mix of public votes and a three-member jury.
