In May, the Maltese representative in the 2002 and 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, Ira Losco, announced she was expecting her first child. The announcement was made during the rehearsals for the 2016 contest in Stockholm.
Yesterday Ira and her partner, Sean, welcomed their new baby, Harry, to the world. Although the delivery wasn’t an easy one, Ira and Harry are recovering well.
