In 2016, the juvenile singer represented the Netherlands in the Junior Song Contest as a member of the girl group Kisses. Refresh your memory by listening to their song “Kisses and dancin'” below.

Kontopoulos is a dear friend of Philipp Kirkorov (the famous Bulgarian-Russian composer) and a member of his “Dream Team”. Their most famous collaboration is “Shady Lady” by Ani Lorak (Ukraine 2008, 2nd place). The pair is also behind Moldova’s entry for this contest, “Sugar” performed by Natalia Gordienko.

Greece is set to compete in the first half of the second semifinal, on 20 May 2021. There, they’ll face competition from San Marino, Serbia and Moldova, amongst others.
