IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please make sure, that the title of your song is referring to a specific location.
It is not enough, if the name of the song matches some city/town etc. by coincidence.
(for example: Georgias ESC entry "Waterfall" would NOT be eligible, just because there is a town in Ireland, called "Waterfall")

hmm... It's kind of borderline, but I'd say no it isn't. In terms of Geographical it is city names, regional names, country names etc. That is what I intended anyway. South doesn't really fall into this part, although I could see why it may be deemed as geographical. It has to be an actual location.
