Worldvision Spin-Off 61

The 61st Worldvision Spin-off will take place in the Musical Theater amidst the port of Hamburg, the second best city of Northern Germany. This Musical theater is famous for its regular showing of The Lion’s King Musical that has already attracted more than 10 millions spectators in the last 15 years. In fact, it’s the highest-grossing musical in Germany.

Hamburg in general is the most important location for Musicals in Germany. The theater production company „Stage Entertainment“ owns and operates four different theaters in Hamburg. Beside „The Lions King“ other world-famous musicals „The Phantom of the Opera“ and „Dance of the Vampires“ have been performed in Hamburg. If you one day want to watch a musical in Germany, Hamburg might be the right place for you.

Tonight however the stage belongs to all those motivated artists who decided to take part in the Worldvision Musical spin-off to hopefully make their home country (region) proud and get honour and an imaginary trophy.

Loving the banners, but not sure about the host...

Rather enjoying the chance to find out how my alternative song for WV63 could have done (sort of-ish)!

What a brilliant show! My favorite part was the interaction between the narrator and the host, as it was fun to see such different people have to interact.

Oh sorry, indeed I thought about doing it tonight but then there was an unpredictable incident so it had to fall through.

Given that people don't seem to be very interested and given that the deadline isn't even far away anymore I think I will refrain from hosting a LL.

Technically the Marseilles entry shouldn't have been accepted since it's from an opera (Carmen) and not a musical, but oh well. It didn't affect my voting, though.

I use to set the deadlines around 18:00 to have enough time for preparing the show. Writing the deadline time in the thread title is all I can do. Anyway, I will give you this evening... let's say until 23 CET

I'm very sorry, this shouldn't happen. I noticed it by myself but that was when I already posted the show and then I was like "Hmm, maybe nobody will notice xshifty ". People migth think this is not a big deal but I think it's a really bad happening since there might be persons who knew loads of amazing opera songs but didn't send them thinking that they are not allowed. I feel very bad now and hope for forgiveness.
