Did you have a WorldVision song that you loved so much and voted for, but didn't make the finals? This spin-off sequel will give your favorite non-qualifiers another chance to shine!

* Any non-qualifier up to and including WV34 is welcome, except those entries that took part in the first incarnation
* You can choose a song from the country/region you currently have/previously had, or you can choose a favorite from any country/region
* If interested, a Live Listening will be held after the show has been posted. Date will be TBA depending on availability

That's a good question. In previous edition it was allowed, though maybe it's not really fair. Some could use it only for achieving result knowing song received many votes.
