DNQ'd WV songs from any edition are eligible (except those that have received justice in the past in Second Chance spin-offs). Older editions are always welcome
You can choose one of your own past entries or someone else's that you really liked
If two different people submit an entry from the same country/region (ie: different songs from Sweden), that's okay
