It may be just one of the participants who sent the entry twice for the lulz.

It's actually a possible move by them. Send two songs, check which gets better reaction at the LL and then choose a country you will do better with. This is one of the reasons, why the host should not participate but only be a host and know everything from the beginning. But I couldn't resist...

As a side note, for the 20th guess is everyone just picking a random WV player not listed in the participants list that they think it might be?

I finally voted and sent my guesses in - if I get anywhere close to half correct I'll be amazed
