So Sad that my votes didnt count cuz I send them alittle to late after been trying to get on the homepage for like 25 mins but couldnt get on

This is why you shouldn't leave voting until the last half hour, in case something goes wrong. But deadlines in WV have to be strictly enforced according to the rules, even if you're just 1 minute late they can't be counted.
