Welcome to Arklow, Ralteguae, 10 Regions of Mobius (look it up at the Mobius map on wiki).
It's a pretty basic baroque looking city. Some Coyotes roaming around.

Travel advisory: People of Ralteguae are the chillest in all 10 regions. They don't care about anything
and like to drink sake. It's also the poorest of regions so everything is pretty cheap. Have fun!

The theme this edition is "Just Have Fun"! Pretty simple, but a lot of people forget about this in NSC.

Much like this edition's logo this week has been an absolute mess for me. I was really busy last few days, but finally managed to slap together recap. Unfortunately when clearing my inbox I ended up deleting all of the confirmation messages that had selected recap times so I had to improvise. I hope you will enjoy the parts I selected. Also I changed it from 30 seconds to more standard NSC 20 seconds.
