Welcome again to Meilutya, everyone! I'm glad you liked your first stay. But we gotta move on the next edition, which will be held in largest Meilutyan city - Voter!

To vote for an NSC edition or WV edition really gives me joy and fun, besides I become able to add some new songs to my playlist on my mobile. However, I can not find the same joy and fun at WLSC editions. I gave it two shots so far, and none of them was really enjoyable for me. I got bored to death and I hardly could fill my top 10 list. The first one was totally 9 songs afterall. So I decide not to participate this time and probably it lasts until there are about 16 - 18 entries for an edition or I join NSC. So I wish to have fun for friends who join this edition and the rest, and saying that I am out because of those reasons. Hope you enjoy your stay in Meilutya.

Nope, I still enjoy NSC finals, so I keep waiting myself. Just without WLSC for a while.

Alright, people, while we're at the great 80-edition anniversary, you might as well listen up:

Another twenty editions will have passed after this one, and thus it'll be time for WLSC Congratulations IV! Get excited for it! You are more than welcome to join in, as long as you have partaken in WLSC after the 61st one. Just send your favourite entry from that period (61-80) which has not won WLSC and has not been sent to NSC before.

Of course, this means we'll need a host. In the past, we went for people who had kinda been unlucky in their results and have rarely hosted before - though that definitely is not a requirement. If you're interested in organising it, just speak up :]

In other news, Artyomka still won't be making a return for reasons Lester summed up well.
