The Empire of Bigicia sends an artist from the ice and mountainous island of Moonlit Haven. Not many people are living here and it is by far the least populated part of the empire. The Island however is west of Godric's Hollow and sometimes gifted people are sailing east to master their abilities in the tiny village which will host this edition.

Yes, I've got a question. We can't vote for our countries' entries, so we have to post our top 7, not top 8. So do we need to give points from 2 to 8 instead of from 1 to 8?
