I think that "Pride 2024" simply means that this is the 2024 edition of the Pride spinoff. The previous Pride spinoff was WVSO 173, which was held last June. In that edition, the song could either be perfomed by an LGBTQ+ artist or be about a queer theme. I'm guessing that there won't be an age requirement for the song in this year's Pride spinoff.
