I will host and will open the thread in one of the next days. But...

In what format do you want World Cup? Last year when we had Euro we counted the results according to its groups, then play-offs according to Euro bracket till the final. And we had to rank all the songs.

In this case, I don't think we can get 32 participants and all countries taken.

What do you think?

@as78 Hi! I was thinking along the sme same lines of format as last year, but it would depend on the number that sign up to participate, perhaps aim for world cup format if we get a reasonable number of particpatns close to 32, but normal voting if we have fewer participants?

I say don't overcomplicate things. Just use the countries participating in the World Cup in just a simple, straightforward show without the bracket format
