Yes, with oil so cheap there will be nothing there to help balance the books after they've been spending all their pennies. I'm sure they will make up for it though by selling some of their people's houses.

It would be so good if they move entire top then from last year to auto final next year , and remaining songs will fight in semis for remaining 16 spots / 8 in each final..
This will make final and semi finals interesting + getting in the top 10 will be rewarding...
