You can use the NSC wikia search: Nation Song Contest
Check if the song you want to send has been in any WLSC edition (it doesn't matter if it has been in NSC)

I found a page with the list of songs, but only up to edition 9. (List of WLSC entries by edition - Nation Song Contest)
But I don't think it matters, since my entry is really recent. Are you ready to find out what it is?

You can search, there are more WLSC edition sin the wikia. Search for the song you are interested to enter to see if there will be any results in a WLSC page.
