One time I argued 2 straight hours with a guy that said he didn't like Baklava, after which he realized he did actually like baklava a lot indeed when he looks at the facts xrofl

Noooo, not you hahahaha I meant the grid itself! Everyone is down in the bottom left! But baklava is very important, it says a lot about you that you would argue with him and not just break his legs like I would in such a situation.

Me trying to hide from you both after having to google what Baklava even is:

Stargazer omg I'm tired and will have to work tomorrow but I will come back to post a giant rant/hate post on ur message here!! Shame on you both! Me and Ashley just both got banned off twitter also for being too radical in our pro-Baklava vs anti-Baklava fights. Twitter was scared for the kids watching.

I have heard of it... meaning, I've seen it mentioned in writing, but I've never seen the actual thing, nor tasted it, nor would I be able to say what it is other than some type of food.

Re: Political Leanings of this Forum

My Northern European self is too busy eating stodgy bland food tbh. I'm still recovering from the Grechka ordeal I had in Ukraine, and that was in 2017.

Yet another reason why Turkey needs to return and win

Well I will go to Turkey in September, so I will make it my mission to hunt some Baklava down, try it and report back to this thread. We need not wait for Turkey to win esc.

Just had it with a finely chopped ragout

Halva > baklava, but I can take a few spoons only it's so sugary.

Speaking of politics. Our candidates tried to bribe people with a few kilos of grechka and money during pre-2014 Yanukovych years, it became a meme & synonym of bribery xrofl

A billboard against such candidates:

It's no wonder our countries are more corrupt. Good luck bribing people with black pudding, rotten sharks or whatever those northerners eat.

I'll have you know I haven't once eaten shark, rotten or not. That's some Scandinavian shit right there. And black pudding is revolting. English cuisine is practically non existent because no one likes it. xrollinglol we're too busy eating indian curries, turkish kebabs, and italian dishes. Best they could bribe us food wise is with fish and chips (but not fish for me) or a sunday roast dinner. Actually the conservatives some years ago tried to appeal to the working class by cutting bingo and beer duty but it back fired big time and they ended up looking even more out touch with the working class than they already do. See in the spoiler below:

Anyway if you all didnt eat such weird stuff and easily tempted by it then you wouldn't have such corrupt governments. xcookie xheart

Non-rotten shark is actually pretty good, you should try! I think you have some good desserts, to be fair.

I don't know about Bingo the game itself, but more Bingo shows with lip sync performances would definitely be a popular move here.

Honey, since you got a prime minister with an even worse hair than Donald Trump now, you are no longer allowed to throw shade at our bad decisions. xheart
