Welcome to the 69th Worldvision Spinoff: Karaoke!

I really shouldn't need to explain the rules of this spinoff, but they are as follows: Send yourself singing a song of your choice (audio or video, both are fine). You can pick any song you like as long as it's you singing!

Given the nature of the spinoff, the submissions deadline is very lenient so you have plenty of time to prepare your karaoke! I probably don't have time to record myself so might not be able to participate but I promise I will be a super fantastic amazing host. Probably.

Once my video has uploaded I'm in! I've made the (probably regrettable given that I'm not Ella Fitzgerald or anything) decision to reject temptation and go serious with this one.

Well, prepare your ears. Let's just say you will enjoy the song more than my voice.
It's hard to decide what song to sing. I think it will be something from one of my favorite artists

Don't want to worry you, but I'm terribly bad at singing a song, which has already been sung by a huge star.
Moreover, this is just unbelievable, for me, to record a homemade video, in which I'd badly sing a marvellous song. 2

Feelin' awkward isn't my main purpose in those spinoffs, so... you'd easily guess that I'll withdraw from this edition!

I wish you wouldn't forget that John always slays, most of the time though...

Woo, glad to see this one win the vote! Not yet sure I'll be able to enter anything (as my house is generally full and I'd be embarrassed to go about recording something properly with people one room over, plus my microphone is fairly crap), but either way I'll be sure to hear all the entries. At least half of the people who point out how crappy their voices are do actually have an okay-ish voice but they act modestly. Typical human behaviour

As for me, my voice is really very very bad and I will probably make a fool of myself but well... I wonder if I wanna try a song with falsetto vocals just to carry it to extremes.

SO TRUE!!!! And then there are those who exaggerate how good their voices there by saying "my voice is really very very bad" and no words can prepare others for how abysmal their voices truly are
