I am between Finland & FYR Macedonia.
In 2012, I expected last place for Montenegro. And surprisingly, it wasn't. The same thing may count this year, but anyways I'll go with Finland.

I think it's Macedonia. If Serbia qualified, they probably got forgotten by the voters, and he was pretty okay at the jury final when everyone else went leaps and bounds above their best.

That's such a hard question right ?

They all got decent points from their neighbourg and some Juries surely liked Denmark and The Netherlands.

Wouldn't surprise me if Russia, Estonia, Georgia and maybe Belgium took all the top points and it was just a narrow top ten for the others.
