I found in that link a good explination :D. In my opinion that song must be disqualified (remember the confusion between G. Sviridov and that Jap. game maker >? Metal gear and The Snowstorm Suite http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JL4JXEv-RY that producer paid a lot of money for that obvius plagiarism). And about 2009 and that song, I thing there will be no penalties because is too hard to find solid evidences to disq. that song and in modern times you can obvious see that many songs are indentical ...

It compares the lyrics, not music .. It's definitely easier to prove.

If anyone listened to internet conspiracy theorists, almost every Eurovision song of the last ten years would be disqualified.

EVERY year it's the same... When Lena won last year, a bulgarian TV Channel said that Satellite would be the titlesong of a broadcast for kids... :rolleyes:
That's just absurdity...

I agree with the article. Fairytale was an annoying and undeserved winner. Then we will have a double for Azerbaycan. :D

I agree with doctormalisimo , Fairytale was a fair winner. When I first heard that song, I knew it would win. Before the actual contest, I saw some people on the streets made that song their ringtone. It never happens here!
