No sixth country entered, so I have to be the one
I thought of entering for Germany, but the original of the song I envisioned was kinda... not enough. So I found a few awesome remixes on youtube, but my youtube to mp3 converter didn't work, so I have to go with what I have or can find on bulgarian sites. Therefore... I'm entering with Italy again. However with less famous entries than last time.
For Bulgaria 94 has chosen a song among my favourites, which could have gone to FSC, but emerges to replace my entry in the last minute. His other song is by a favourite singer of a certain member of this forum
Denmark has an FSC-known artist remixed by RSC-known DJs as a first song and something totally new for its second.
Italy's song number 1 is a favourite song of mine. Both the performers and the remixers are italian. You might have heard the original somewhere (I haven't, it was sent to me), but you probably never heard this remix. The second song - you definitely know. It's from the year 1999, when an italian... electro-kinda band conquered the world charts. To make the things more interesting though, I've found a wonderful 2009 remix
Romania has only one FSC-known artist for the first song, between all the names of all the performers and remixers of their two songs. We'll see if too many grandmothers make the baby unhealthy later (adapted from a bulgarian saying
) or these aren't grandmothers, but master dance musicians.
Russia has totally new artists, never heard of neither in FSC, nor in RSC, but new can mean cooler than before, right? Sergey Lazarev however returns as an angel to host the show.
Finally, Ukraine entered and exited the edition without much commotion, to give up its place for the month to Uzbekistan. Don't be shocked if you receive the impression, that the entries are sung in a language, much more familiar to you, than you'd expect from uzbekistanian (is there such a language?). Actually, the second song has a DJ, who has participated in RSC twice already, but neither for Ukraine, nor for Uzbekistan.
