Expected. They ended up last and they've been doing pretty lousy. There'll be no Balkan countries left soon...
Well, if Bosnia decide to join, it'll keep them longer. The ex-Soviets are clearly the ones in charge of this...

Well, if Bosnia decide to join, it'll keep them longer. The ex-Soviets are clearly the ones in charge of this...actually the reason why they withdrew is that they had to cut their budget. They also refused from Golden Stag fest.

also nobody prohibits anyone to join, it's not our problem that they don't wanna sponsor this, such attitude was always a mystery for me.
