Rate the singer above you

It's almost the same as "rate the song above you", but rules are:

* You rate how the person sings or how do you like the singer, not the song, but it is allowed to give separate points for the song also (like 10/10 to singer, but 7/10 to song)
* The singer should be from your country! (Preferably from your native homeland). But it doesn't matter what song the singer sings.
* Give a comment also. If the singer doesn't sing his/hers own song, it would be interesting if you can compare him/her to the original performer.

I really like her stage presence and she doesn't sing half bad at all. 8.5/9 from 10.

A former participant in Music Idol, who came 2nd and also was voted the most for representing us in 2010 after Miro and Poli Genova. Her name's NORA. Here's her singing her song in last year's NF (semi-final)
