And here I am starting an early reservation for a Pseudo-ESC Spin off

The main point of this spin-off that a person who wants to take part, should send a song which title is the same or very close to any ESC entry (for example 2009 Toppers "Shine" => Rio "Shine On")

My entry is one of my all time favorite songs. I believe David or anyone who's in to Irish songs will know the song or at least the performer
