I like ''Gaja'' of Justyna Steczkowska, it was one song that I already knew, yet to listen to the remaining ones that got selected for our NF.

After Sara's withdrawn, the level dropped significantly. IMO, of the whole list, only “Lusterka” has the potential to take a good place in the finals and I'm listening to it a lot now. The rest is very average and not for competition but WTF is "Can't Hide" by Marien? I thought she sings the chorus in Polish with "mówię co mam, jest i zjem" XD... but this part is probably still in English, hahah. Is she daughter of someone from TVP or what?

I don't know if Steczkowska is able to win the SMS voting. It's true that it doesn't take many votes to achieve first place in the TVP voting, but will her 45 fans be successful? We'll see.

She's seems to be very desperate to be on ESC, so let's let her go there and at least we'll be done with her for another 60 years.
“Gaja” is, in my opinion, even more chaotic and cringy than that previous Wichero-tama-rama-something song.

This is the first time in many years that I am so little excited about NF.

Actually, I'm pleasantly surprised.
I didn't expect 3 songs to be quite good.

"Lusterka" is miles ahead in terms of being competitive, imo. Nothing to write home about but it might bring Poland back to the GF and even get a Top 15 placing in the end.
I think that we haven't heard the Podlachian language in Eurovision before. It would clearly bring some awareness to a very endagered language! - The song's also quite modern and accompanied by an exciting arrangement.

I also like "Tempo" a lot. Such entry from Poland would be like a dream come true.. I just think that it needs something extra to really result into votes, though.

"Gaja" is also pretty decent but "Witcher" was more competitive, imo since "Gaja" is basically just a collection of mesmerising noise and some vocalising - a few phrases thrown into the mix to make it a song. It doesn't feel very natural, imo - This entry screams Bottom 5 in GF, imo - even though Justyna really wants to do Eurovision and her being a capable vocalist/performaner.
I wish she would compete with something stronger, more instant and less "chaotic".

Apart from that, I think that Dudek got a decent entry but his previous attempt "Be Good" was way more engaging, uplifting and competitive. "Hold The Light" feels like a filler entry - even though it's well-crafted, radio-friendly.

A pity Sara James withdrew. "Tiny Heart" is a great pop song.

Marien's "Can't Hide" is basically the only weak song so far. "Miracle" and "Rumours" aren't going anywhere either but at least these tracks aren't embarrassing.

"Pray" is Kuba's best attempt to date, imo. It's radio-friendly and a bit OneRepublic-esque. I could live with it as the Polish entry (but since "Lusterka and "Tempo" are quite strong and bold, I would really prefer them to get a shot at Eurovision).

My Top 8 so far:

Sw@da x Niczos - Lusterka 9/10
Chrust - Tempo 9/10
Justyna Steczkowska - Gaja 7/10
Kuba Szmajkowski - Pray 6/10
Dominik Dudek - Hold The Light 5/10
Sonia Maselik - Rumours 5/10
Tynsky - Miracle 3/10
Marien - Can't Hide 1/10

There is a Belarusian group in there.

Actually, they are still Polish. They just record music in a microlanguage called Podlachian - it's close to Belarusian - I assume - but Podlachian is a very endangered language spoken by few people in Eastern parts in Poland (South of Bialystok/the river of Narew and north of the river of Bug)

Sw@da is a Polish-Columbian producer (his real name is Wiktor Szczygieł). His other productions are quite great as well - Podlachian music/folk also got inspired by Polish, Tatar, Belarusian, Lithuanian and Jewish music and cultures. I think it could work well in Eurovision.
Also, it's a great chance for Polish people and Europeans alike to celebrate variety and learning more about microlanguages, minorities on our continent.
He usually mixes Belarusian white singing style, Podlachian music with afrobeats. I stumbled upon his music last year and I immediately got hooked on.

I love this one!!!
