Did you like to see the phone numbers during the songs, as it was in 2010, or before 2010, when they were open only after all the songs ?

I prefer before 2010. When you see all the phone numbers during the songs, it's like "vote for your best x-factor song"... And it's ugly.

I've voted before 2010. It feels a bit unfair for the countries who perform as last.

After 2010 - it's much better imo. It allows the songs performing first to have their disadvantage made fairer. And it has no effect on the songs which perform last - Lena was in the last 5 if I remember rightly ;).

I liked before 2010..Agreed it is ugly and I like the idea of having to wait for the voting to begin.
But I don't think it effects the outcome, either way. People will vote for their favorite anyway.

It evens out the disadvantage early entries had in the past. We all know that the majority of viewers tend to remember songs later on in the show and there are also millions of viewers who just start watching halfway into the show so they may never get to see the first songs and wouldn't even consider them for voting and history has clearly proven that songs performing early on had a major disadvantage.

So I am all for the new rule. 2010 has also proven that it doesn't really make a big difference anyway as the Top all performed in the 2nd half of the show.

I don't know what effect this rule has over non-fans! For biga fans it doesen't matter. In the 2010 Final I was already voting for Safura while she was performing and I voted for :md: in the Safura permonace to and didn't have to wait for :md: to sing so I can vote! :D

I have to say though that I personally choose to wait until all the performances are over to vote - aside from the fact that I want to evaluate every song, I wouldnt want to miss any of the show :D.

I am not sure. Actually I think the idea of voting while listening to the song is not bad, but combined with an overall limit of twenty calls there remains an unprofessional taste somehow. Perhaps one only should allow to vote for the song that is performed at the same time and leave the usual ten/fifteen minutes to vote for all songs.

On the one hand, I think, you should listen to all songs before you vote to compare.
But on the other hand, the modus we have since 2010 is fairer for the countries who perform earlier.

I prefer it when the vote takes place at the end, not during the contest. I don't think it really makes any difference on the fact that earlier entries are at a disadvantage. That's unavoidable unfortunately.

I don't think any of them affects the results but I prefer pre-2010. Listening to all songs and then voting is better, you can enjoy the show. Also the voting number tables are huge and they look really ugly on screen during songs.

I voted for Before 2010. It should only be possible to vote after all the songs. I mean, if you haven't heard any of the songs before the contest, how on earth are you going to find your favourite when you haven't heard all the songs?
