Ladies and gentleman, good evening and welcome to Xenea, welcome to Xorientia!
This is first NSC venue in Xenea ever, although two NSC spinoff venues were already held in Xorientia, but in our second largest city Terezon.
We will not talk too much. Just let’s repeat the rules in short: we have 2 semifinals. Each will give 14 songs for the final venue, of which 10 best results in each semifinal, 1 song chosen by rest jury and 3 prequalified songs. Voting is in classic ESC style, so 12 to the best favorite song, and then 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point for tenth favorite song.
Send your votes to me, ixic, deadline is Monday, 27th December 2010, 16H CET.
For voting in rest jury send your votes to Leaf (many thanks to Orangualia for helping me).
