"So, we've passed the semifinal shows. Some were successful to handle the wheel of fortune, but for some the wheel was really bitchy. Well, that's NSC. We can only wish more luck for every member of NSC union.
Proforma ruls in 10 seconds: we have 28 entries, 10 from each final 2 wildcards, one from each semi, 6 prequalified nations, 28 fantastic songs, only one will win. Each country votes for its 10 favorite songs, 12 points to the best, and then 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point to tenth favorite song.
For the beginning we must hear which song has brought the NSC to Xorientia. One and only... I mean, two and onlies: Alex Gaudino and Maxine Ashley!!"
