On The Floor samples Lambada :/

Well, Nati said to me that it's ok ... but I can change it

And I know for Lambada, I've asked on msn already before this edition ...

If i may give my opinion i think it's only a little sample to introduce the song, exactly the same when at eurovision 2008 the spanish entrant played a little sample of 'the old mcdonald song '

The rest is nothing similar so i think it should stayed in the contest, but hey what do i know?:D

Anyway this is the first Zapryan song i'not a fan of for a long long time so i won't object that much to a change lol

Let's keep it for now, but I am still wondering if it isn't too much, I guess we gotta discuss this between the mods

^ yeah I think samples are ok. as it's not an actual cover. the same goes for Alfie by Lily Allen when Akkaville dropped out before it was explained that samples are fine.
correct me if I'm wrong though.

I've been discussing it with some of mods and we have agreed to let it stay in the competition. End of story, let's keep on voting! :)

Yep, it's a simple sample (couldn't resist) and therefore not a problem :p
A more recent example could be Sabrina Washington's 'OMG' from NSC 56, which heavily sampled the melody snippet from Snap!'s 'Rhythm is a Dancer'. As long as it's not a copy of the entire song's structure and tunes, then a small sample of melody is fine ;)

Super show Madde!!! Love the banners :D

New Acadia voted. This is a very strong semi ^.^, I think it'll end up being a close edition overall, and I generally enjoy the quality of songs much more than NSC 63 ^.^
