Welcome to NSC 48! For the first time in NSC history, we are in Lukeland, in the capital, Luke City! We are here because of our fantastic Marina Diamanti, who placed 2nd in the only song in NSC that starts with "Cuckoo"
, "Mowgli's Road". Although the winner was Aleksandrija, they were not able to host this current edition due to national exams taking place throughout the duration of NSC. If you didn't already notice, the themeing for this edition is "THE SIMPSONS". We oringinally asked that the characters came to Lukeland would come and re-act the opening titles for us on stage, but the bitches at FOX wouldn't let them :evil: Anyway. The opening act is Within Temptation, the dutch band who have travelled all the way from Aleksandrija to open this edition with a live version of their winning NSC song, "Stand my Ground"

All nations in Semi-Final 1 must vote in this Semifinal. If no votes are recieved for your nation, then 75% of the respective nation's score will be removed.
Nations from the waiting list or semi-final 2 can vote in the rest-jury. This jury determines the 11th qualifier of the semi. If you want to vote as part of this jury, please send your votes to Fearnavigatr.
The prequalifiers who vote in this semi are BOKIA, SWELATIE & LUKELAND:
