Arists from European countries are not allowed. If a European country has territories outside Europe then artists from those territories are allowed.

So yeah, the artist you've chosen must come from the Asian part of Russia.

I mean if someone takes Russia, then as region, so Siberia, Chechnya, Dagestan etc. not as fully Russia Since regions allowed, it will not be a problem
