Good evening and welcome to Fuel, the capital city of Ugaly!

After our shocking second victory in the last edition, Troc Arena is standing ready to receive the nations of this marvellous competition once more!

It's all quite simple enough, pick a song according to the rules of NSC as your entry, and send a PM containing the name of the song, the performing artist and a link to the entry's video to

I have one rule suggestion :)

The host should send his votes first to one of NSC mods, before others start to vote. If the host is mod, than he should send his votes to some other mod :)
Why do I want changing rules? We can't believe to host, he can change his votes when others finish voting, change votes, and change winner/qualifiers. I suggest this especially if, for example, Joch is host, everyone voted, and I'm 1st [I mean, no way for that :lol:] and also me and Joch are in fight, than he change his votes, and that who was 2nd, gets to 1st place and win. I won't tell you about who am I talking, but I know some hosts that were 'unfair' :)
I know it would be problem to host to listen like 20-30 songs right after he publish SF or F, so there should be deadline, like 2-3 days for host to send votes. Of course, he would have to vote as soon as possible.

So, what do you guys think?

We used to do that, and it was encouraged to do so, perhaps that has become a little lax in the recent editions :p

Erm... if i was suspicious about people here being bunch of assholes, i would have been out of here for a long time now. Introducing such rules suggesting that we actually are a bunch of assholes, would create unhealthy atmosphere.

That's fine, but I suggest to send to mod(s) because hosts can maybe be some friends, like me and you, and I can let you change votes if you want [ofc this isn't true, I try to be as more fair as possible :D]
