They could have had one in Lisbon. Unfortunately for the female candidates, the only male singer of the NF won.
Maybe those will try their luck again if the NF concept is still used.

We have reason to believe that he was behind both the fake Montevizija Twitter account and the OGAE Montenegro website that it was attached to (that supposed branch of OGAE actually doesn't exist), it's just his way of making his annual fool of himself. No doubt he will try again to submit songs to Eurovision 2019 that have music stolen from other artists and terrible vocal quality
(PS: He's selling several of his "songs" on iTunes, including his 2016 Swiss selection reject "Zauvijek" which contains music stolen from that 2012 album of yoga music I've told you about)

RTCG will formally launch their search for the Montenegrin Eurovision 2019 participant in the next week.
The council of RTCG has adpoted a measure allowing the Montenegrin broadcaster to launch its selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. The council that oversees RTCG approved a two changes to the way in which the broadcaster will carry out their Eurovision selection process;
Songs will be allowed to be performed in either Montenegrin or English
From the end of the songs submission process the broadcaster will have 30 days to review the songs, this is a decrease from 45 days

27 entries were submitted, however it was revealed yesterday that 17 of them were disqualified for not sticking to the submission criteria. The remaining 10 entries will be evaluated by a jury before 5 will eventually be chosen for the NF
