It'll be great to host the biggest Paralympics in history!

I hope that Great Britain can repeat our Olympic success in these Games. The Paralympians are such inspirational people, I respect them so much!

When you think of all the effort and hard work people like Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps, Jessica Ennis and Mo Farah put into their Olympic training and preparation....multiply that by 10 and you've got a Paralympian. They are inspirational people. They can do whatever sport they do much better than I can do it, and not because they're naturally talented at it, it's because of all the blood, sweat and tears they put into it. I'm so excited to watch the Paralympics, because every single athlete has a story to tell.

Great Britain won 102 medals in 2008 (SECOND PLACE!!!), our target in 2012 is 103

The four Paralympic Flames are due to be lit at dawn on top of the four mountains

Great Britain now has 108 medals, surpassing our target of 103, with 31 Gold, 39 Silver and 38 Bronze - fantastic!
