Can't really see them back. I think they realize nowadays it is extremely difficult for a small country to qualify let alone win. Malta did manage to qualify twice, once with Chiara (well known in ESC circles) and before that will the legendary Julie and Ludwig. Andorra, San Marino and Monaco have all failed to qualify.

Ι think that IF France wins,there are bigger posibilities for Luxemburg to re-enter next year.
This year it was Italy,so why not next year Luxemburg?

RTL considers ESC as a joke with no cultural contribution. So I don't think, unless they change their management, they will come back soon.
