They won In 2008 and 2011 but didn't host after that, So I hope that they host next year.

About and sad, though. Especially about Bulgaria. They were my favourites on the only JESC I've seen (2014). Interesting thing: in 2015 they were hosts, in 2016 just participants and in 2017 they withdraw. As Ukraine, but conversely

Georgia always was one of the main friends of Ukraine. Now I like them even more!
