I kinda agree with the winner there, though I prefer Spain to it (lame tactic with the kids but it's just catchy). France is in a league of it's own!
Finland was underrated. I'm the only person to rate Italy that year!

Belgium & the Netherlands are just too middle-of-the-road.
Sweden, Luxembourg and Norway are irritating and the UK are safe because of a solid performance IMO.
