Before listening to the songs, all my support this year goes to Irama, but I know I’m always surprised.

This year, I even have a spreadsheet to take notes (Eurovision style). My girlfriend might also watch Sanremo for the first time—let's see if she likes it (if not, it’ll be a week of suffering for her)

The Holy week has started.
You have to prepare a vadamecum for your girlfriend making sure she has totally understood it otherwise you'll be in trouble.
Seems that this year things are a little bit different. The firs, the forth and the last night will be very fast. 29 songs, 5.5 min each ( presentation and interpretation) means 2.5h of real show + 45 min of commercials+ 1h of other stuff.
The most interesting part will be After Festival, every evening after 1.20 pm where all the songs will be analyzed, butchered or praised.

I'm slowly getting the feeling that Italy is going with a male contender again

Critics have given him high votes, plus he's got the support from the younger public. His song Devastating last year has been a hit in Italy
