Is it true? Eurovision Prize.

I read on Wikipedia that the winner in the eurovision wins 1 billion Euros.
But this doesn't seem reasonable to me, can you help me with this one?
What's the prize of the Winner in the Eurovision song contest?

I think they surely get amount of money, just like all the contests in the world. But 1 billion Euros is way overrated. I don't believe EBU reserves that much.
