Because of how well-known it is outside of Estonia and ESC fans.

I would clearly add Israel 1998 (Dana International - Diva) and Greece 2001 (Antique - Die For You). The former can be considered an LGBT anthem and the latter was a big radio success back in the time. I think these songs are much more known outside the Eurovision community than Estonia 2011.

I'd disagree with a few but the 96 and 97 ones there are definitely not as famous in the UK as Bucks Fizz.
