The Rules for this FSC November 2023: "Best Of: 1990-1999" Spin-Off

1. Any member at ESCUounited.com may take part. Individual participation (one person pr entry)
2. Choose a country (one country pr person). Any available country can be chosen. It is enough that 1 person in a duo is from that country
3. Choose a song that has a release date in the time period 1st January 1990 - 31st December 1999
4. Covers/Remixes are allowed for this edition
5. An artist may only take part for one country pr edition. First come, first serve
6. A song may only take part once pr edition. First come, first serve
7. All kinds of videos can be used. No MP3s will be used in this edition, just videos

- but the following are not allowed: songs that have taken part in ESC/NFs, or FSC Spin-Offs before, or songs that are not from the 1990s.
If there is doubt whether a song is eligible, the Show Host (Malagant) will decide
