The Rules for this FSC November 2018: ‘Best Of: Duets’ Spin-Off-edition:

1. Any member at ESCYounited.com may take part. Individual participation (one person pr entry)
2. Choose a country (one country pr person). Any available world country can be chosen
3. Choose a duet from that country by 2 artists. If they are from different countries, choose one of those countries to represent
4. An artist / and also a song / can only participate once in the editon i.e. only for one country. Priority: first come, first serve
5. A vocalist in a band can participate as one of the two artists also on a Band-performed song, if it clearly is a duet with another artist
6. The duet can be from any timeperiod (exception below), and covers are allowed in this specific edition (but see pt 4 above)

- but the following are not allowed: non-duet songs or FSC/FSC Spin-Off songs from editions in 2017/2018

If there is any doubt whether a song can be classified as a ‘duet’ for this edition, the FSC Most Host will decide

Is it considered a duet here if one is singing and another one is playing or composing the music, but both are in the title of the entry?
Or maybe one is singing and a group is playing the music?

We don't want to be too strict with the definition of a 'duet' in this Spin-Off (f.ex anything from classic love-duet ballads to uptempo pop/rock-duets are fine), but 2 main singers need to be singing together on the song. Thereby one artist singing and another/group playing an instrument would not be sufficient.
