The Rules for this FSC May 2023: "Best Of: 2000-2010" Spin-Off

1. Any member at ESCYounited.com may take part. Individual participation (one person pr entry)
2. Choose a country (one country pr person). Any available country can be chosen. It is enough that 1 person in a duo is from that country
3. Choose a song from the period 2000-2010. Earliest release date is 1st January 2000 and the last release date 31st December 2010
4. The song can be in any music genre. Covers/Remixes are allowed
5. An artist may only take part for one country pr edition. First come, first serve
6. A song may only take part once pr edition. First come, first serve
7. All kinds of videos can be used. No MP3s will be used in this edition, just videos

- but the following are not allowed: songs that have taken part in ESC/NFs, FSC or FSC Spin-Offs before, or songs that are from before 2000 or after 2010
