What do you eat in your countries?

I think we eat very similar and take from each other, but some differences we probably have.

Pinkel is the name of the sausage. It's a smoked sausage and consists of bacon, groats of oats or barley, beef suet, pig lard, onions, salt, pepper and other spices. It's very nourishing and spicy but it has a great flavour Usually you eat it in winter time
