what I see is that this top 250 mainly consists of the songs competed in ESC after 2000. Thus, I cannot consider this as Eurovision TOP 250 because I don't think that everyone having voted knows all songs. the winner is good but I feel that Željko's return to ESC has affected this result. btw, Eric's 5th place is surprising..
