There are very early rumours online that :uk: Andrew Cartmell (Executive Producer, Eurovision 2023) is replacing Martin Österdahl from 2025 onwards… pinch of salt required though

He can get the job and then watch his own country flop every year xheart

The final 2 cities will be announced Friday, I'm certain Zurich will be one of them

So Nemo released new tour dates which includes Geneva and Zurich

Furthermore to that, May 14 is the date when he will be in Zurich xthink

They probably took into consideration the housing prices. With the proximity of France and even Germany in the case of Basel, people would be more prone to come and stay in these locations for a lower price. Plus, you have the opportunity to attract the population of these countries for the main event.

Mind you, I expect the prices to skyrocket even more than they currently do, but it would still be cheaper than Zurich.

"Key to the assessment of the bids submitted were criteria such as arena concept, public transport links, sustainability, available hotel accommodation, security and waste disposal concepts, investment, event experience, and support and motivation from the city as a whole, as well as many other factors."
