Better to be careful with this word. Sending a song that is likely to win is not scorewhoring. Scorewhoring is sending a song because you think it's going to win, which, I believe, is not the case here.

And I believe it is. One can't really tell for sure of course; it's all naturally based on huge amounts of guesswork, whether you call a thing this or that. I do fully agree though with the given definition regarding that the first is something which I've personally often done (disppointment included).

Yes, my words were admittedly a bit quite harsh, and I apologize for any feelings of being offended.

Anyways, I'll try not to stir up more unnecessary drama... let the issue rest.
