Does which semi a country is in affect voting in the finals?

Getting into pretty geeky speculation here, but has anyone noticed wether countries tend to vote more for those that were in the same semi as them, in the finals? The main reason would be that more of the viewers have heard these tunes before, and that they've voted for them once before so they might as well vote again?

Well thinking that 10 countries pass from every semi it's normal that in the country that they gave 12 in the semi they will give 12 or 10-6 in the final.

Last year I think it was Montenegro, they gave 12 to Ukraine in the semis but nothing to them in the final.

I think a combination of things affect the outcome of voting.

1. In the final there is a larger selection of songs to vote for
2. The performance may have not been as good as the semi final, affecting televoter and jury
3. A song can be harmed if it follows a strong song
4. Where it was performed in the running order e.g. no.2
5. The demographic of people voting in the final is greatly different to a semi final
6. All countries are voting
